DELIVERY POLICY:
We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders. We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location – typically our delivery times are on a 2 working days service. Orders are shipping using a tracking service and once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an automated email with tracking details.
RETURNS POLICY:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day returns period for all products purchased from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund.
To initiate a return, please use the returns form provided inside the package, if this was not included in the package, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the item(s) you wish to exchange are out of stock, we will provide you with a refund.
If you choose to return your item(s) for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the item(s) you received were defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or refund within 1-3 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
